He walked thru the whole process and tested all the lines and system to make sure we were making an informative decision. Super, super helpful and really kind to work with. From their initial water test through installation, they provided us with complete information about the equipment and filters they recommended for our water, what to expect from the system, and how the installation would be performed. No hard sell, no upsell - just good solid advice backed by experience and education on their Kinetico product.  The Kinetico system does not require electricity:  perfect for those of us in a rural area that frequently loses power.  We were interested in any "smart" features that rely on internet connection. On the day of installation, their technician was on time, thorough, did a beautiful job, explained everything to us, and left the work area immaculate.  Our water showed vast improvement the very next day.  We also opted for one of their maintenance plans because it suits our needs, but again - no hard sell.  We're very happy that they were recommended to us (by one of their competitors!!).  Icing on the cake:  all their people whether in sales, administration, or technical, have been a delight to work with.
